Heather Kiesel is a photographer based in Juneau, Alaska.  Her work is rooted in a love for the land and the wildlife that sustains it. This series, Voices of the Rainforest, explores the interwoven stories of the salmon, bears, eagles and whales, and the old-growth forests that connect them.  Each image reflects not just a moment in time, but the delicate balance of an ecosystem where ocean and forest breathe together.
